Jessica Woodruff, MPH is a US nutritionist and is the Chief Representative at Eat Well Shanghai. Jessica has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Oakland University, MI and a BA in Nutrition and Food Science from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.

Jessica moved from Shanghai to Singapore in 2021 and is Lead Nutritionist at SaladStop! Group.  She is an Accredited Nutritionist of Singapore (ANS).  She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.

Jessica lived in Shanghai from 2016 to 2021.  While there, she was a member of the Shanghai Nutrition Practice Group.  She was Patient Service and Relations Officer at Shanghai United Family Hospital & Clinics, and was a speaker for United Family Healthcare’s Corporate Health program.  Jessica was also Lead Nutrition Advisor for 70/30, an innovative food start-up in Shanghai.

Margaret Keefe, RDN is a US registered dietitian and the former Chief Representative at Eat Well Shanghai. Margaret is the founder of the Shanghai Nutrition Practice Group and has been a frequent contributor to Shanghai’s English magazines and online sites. Margaret fully endorses the Eat Well Shanghai philosophy that you can eat very well and live a healthy life here in Shanghai. Margaret speaks from experience as she did that for 20 years, raising 3 healthy children in the process.


Julie Meyer, RD is a nutrition communications specialist and freelance journalist with over 15 years experience translating the science of nutrition into the pleasure of eating. She has worked with leading public relations agencies and food manufacturers, including Fleishman-Hillard, Burson-Marsteller, Dannon and Cadbury. After two successful years in Shanghai, Julie repatriated to Brooklyn, NY in January 2011 and took her success with Eat Well Shanghai to a higher level, founding Eat Well Global, a world wide nutrition consulting firm.
